Refund Policy

Elite Detail Bros

At Elite Detail Bros, we are committed to delivering high-quality, reliable mobile detailing services. To protect both our time and yours, the following policies are in place regarding deposits, refunds, and cancellations:

 

Deposit Policy

A $50 deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service.

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless the appointment is canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • If you cancel or reschedule with more than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be applied to your next appointment.

  • If you cancel or fail to reschedule within 24 hours, the $50 deposit will be forfeited.

 

Refund Policy

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will gladly return to address any reasonable concerns through a free touch-up.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:

  • A service was not performed due to an issue on our end.

  • A touch-up was requested within 24 hours and we were unable to resolve the issue.

We do not offer refunds in the following situations:

  • Issues not reported within 24 hours.

  • Services completed as requested where results may vary based on vehicle condition (e.g., deep stains, oxidation, pet hair).

  • Missed appointments or cancellations within 24 hours.
