Elite Detail Bros

By booking a service with Elite Detail Bros, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Service Scope

Elite Detail Bros provides mobile car detailing services at the customer’s location. The scope of work will be agreed upon during the booking process. We reserve the right to refuse service if the condition of the vehicle is significantly different from what was described.

2. Appointments and Deposits

  • A $50 deposit is required to confirm all appointments. This deposit is applied to the total service cost.

  • If the appointment is canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, the deposit is non-refundable.

  • Missed appointments or failure to provide access to the vehicle will also result in forfeiture of the deposit.

3. Vehicle Access and Environment

  • The customer must ensure that the vehicle is accessible and unlocked at the scheduled time.

  • We require access to a working water hose and electrical outlet unless otherwise arranged.

  • Poor weather or unsafe conditions (e.g., steep driveways, hazardous locations) may result in rescheduling.

4. Customer Satisfaction and Refunds

  • If you are not satisfied with the service, you must notify us within 24 hours. We offer one free touch-up visit to address reasonable concerns.

  • Refunds are issued at our discretion, typically only if service was not completed or an issue was not resolved after a touch-up.

5. Liability

  • Elite Detail Bros is not liable for pre-existing damage, including scratches, dents, stains, or worn upholstery.

  • We are not responsible for damage resulting from heavily soiled or delicate surfaces where risks were communicated in advance.

  • Personal items should be removed from the vehicle before service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged belongings left in the vehicle.

6. Pricing and Payments

  • Final pricing is based on the size and condition of the vehicle, as well as the requested services.

  • All balances are due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept payment via cash, card, or digital payment methods (e.g., Venmo, Square).

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the $50 deposit.

  • If we must cancel due to weather, equipment failure, or other issues on our end, we will reschedule at your convenience.

8. Changes to Terms

Elite Detail Bros reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will always be posted on our website.
